You see, Good Ole Boy Mormons rule this part of America.  If you're not a friend or relative they will DELIBERATELY AND WITH MALICE shut you out of all the good-paying jobs.  In addition, they're actively and aggressively trying to take control of all the city and county governments.  This is bad because they have the same attitude toward Gentiles that "jews" do - if you're not one of them, you're subhuman.  They're Elko County's version of the 1%.  I've taken Wells Rural Electric Company (775-752-3328 or tballard@wrec.coop) and the local gold mines - Barrick (nevadajobs@barrick.com - 775-748-1001) and Newmont (775-778-4000 fax: 303-837-5837) - to task for their discrimination against non-minijews.  Unfortunately my discrimination charges didn't go anywhere because mormon rednecks have ABSOLUTELY NO QUALMS about lying. That's why they wanted to teach me a lesson.  Hence the travesty of justice I went through (C*nt Kidner's husband is on the board of WREC).  I'm also on a blacklist.  Can you believe what chickenshits and little girls they are?  Incredible.

AT MY BATTERY TRIAL IN 2006, THE TESTIMONY OF THE "WITNESS" AND THE PLAINTIFF COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE DIFFERENT. In decent, civilized places this "witness'" testimony would have been impugned.  But not by Judge Marjean "C*nt" Kidner (775-752-3455), Inbred County's Judge Of The Year for 2007.  "She" basically said "Oh well, sometimes the witness doesn't actually see anything and the plaintiff lies but that doesn't mean the defendant isn't guilty." One redhaired female sergeant (all Elko County residents know to whom I'm referring) even implied that she'd get ahold of the Dept Of Aging to have Mom removed from our home.  Because I talked back to her.  A "conservative" cop, mind you, somebody who's supposedly against the encroachment of Big Brother Government.  ELKOANS ARE ALWAYS WHINING ABOUT THE CALIFORNICATION OF NEVADA BUT NEVADA'S "LAW ENFORCEMENT" AND "PUBLIC SAFETY"  TRAMPLE ON OUR RIGHTS AS MUCH AS CALIFORNIA'S EVER DID.

> Recently had me placed under surveillance because I made them aware that MORE THAN 100,000 PEOPLE A MONTH ARE VISITING DEAN BERRY MINISTRIES and they can read how evil and corrupt the REDNECK MORMONS WHO CONTROL ELKO COUNTY, NEVADA, are.

- Subsequently arrested me for DUI, WHICH I'D NEVER BEEN PICKED UP FOR IF DEPUTIES HADN'T BEEN STALKING ME.  (And, quite tellingly, I haven't see those two deputies again.  Because they were only in Wells for one reason, to follow me just long enough could get something on me.  I was only out for a half hour and I saw them THREE times.)

> Then, to top it all off, Friday Dec 7th (FOUR DAYS AFTER MY DUI ARREST), Monroe of the Nevada Highway Patrol cited me for failure to yield, whatever that means.  S/he most likely would have let me off with a warning if two of the local CHICKENSHITS-DISGUISED-AS-DEPUTIES (one of them was PANTLOAD THORNAL, a mulatto) hadn't pulled up and put a bug in Monroe's ear about me calling them out as communists.  WHICH THEY PROVE EVERY TIME THEY PLACE ME UNDER SURVEILLANCE AND ARREST ME.  DUH!  THE DOLTISH REDNECKS ARE NOT QUITE GETTING THIS.  Also, when Monroe found out my DUI court date was Jan 7, 2012, s/he made sure my court date for the failure to yield ticket was the very same day.  THIS IS WHAT THE RUSSIAN COMMUNISTS DID TO THE DISSIDENTS, THEY FOLLOWED THEM AND ARRESTED THEM TO KEEP THEM IN AND OUT OF JAIL, AND TO BREAK THEM FINANCIALLY BY FINING THEM CONSTANTLY. AND, OF COURSE, IF YOU HAVE THE "DEFENDANT" ISOLATED, YOU CAN BEAT AND TORTURE HIM AS YOU PLEASE AND NOBODY'S THE WISER.  THIS IS THE ULTIMATE REASON WHY THE COMMUNISTS WANTED TO TAKE THE DISSIDENTS INTO CUSTODY.  AMERICAN COPS HAVE LEARNED WELL FROM THE COMMUNISTS. ADDITIONALLY, OFTENTIMES THESE PRISONERS "HUNG THEMSELVES".

> In addition, DEPUTY BOBBIE ADKINS (who works at the Elko County Jail - elkosheriff@elkocountynv.net - fax: 775-753-9845) IMPLIED THAT I WOULD BE BEAT UP when I serve my mandatory 48 hours for DUI (which is PRESUMED GUILT, one of the reasons our Forefathers went to war with the British).  I told Adkins to return the earring s/he stole from me at the jail, to which s/he pursed her lips and replied like an 8-year old, "I don't have to."

INCIDENTLY, WHEN I WAS ARRANGING MY BAIL WITH AAWESOME BAIL BONDS, JAMES CORTIGAN'S NAME CAME UP.  THE TWO LADIES WERE TALKING ABOUT HOW THE DEPUTIES AT THE ELKO COUNTY JAIL LET HIM GET BEATEN TO A PULP FOR "INFORMING ON THE WRONG PEOPLE".  THIS WAS THE PREVIOUS TIME CORTIGAN WAS IN JAIL.  WAS THERE AN INVESTIGATION? NO.  INVESTIGATIONS GO NOWHERE BECAUSE THERE IS NO GROUP WHO LIES AS MUCH AS COPS DO.  IT'S CALLED THE "BLUE WALL", AN INPENETRABLE BARRIER THAT'S ERECTED AGAINST ALL OUTSIDERS. AND MORMONS - WHO ARE ALMOST BEGGING US CHRISTIANS TO ACCEPT THEM - ARE PART OF THIS! MY EARS PERKED UP BECAUSE CORTIGAN SHARED THE HOLDING CELL WITH ME ON DECEMBER 3RD.  

On Dec 3rd I REFUSED TO DO TRICKS OR TAKE A BREATHALYZER TEST (suppose one of these chickenshit deputies had kept the breathalyzer from a previous arrest; that person's alcohol blood level would be attributed to me). I opted for the BLOOD TEST because a company in Reno analyzes the sample, MEANING THE RESULTS CAN'T BE ALTERED by a deputy or court flunky as the breathalyzer results can be (of course their kind would do that; they've pulled every other dirty trick). This is why the deputy (Shelley) went ballistic and BEGAN SEARCHING MY CAR ILLEGALLY to find everything s/he could to rack me up.  I WASN'T "COOPERATING" IN SCREWING MYSELF.  IN ADDITION, the mexican deputy at the Elko Jail gave me a breathalizer test at 5 am because they can't release a DUI prisoner unless his blood alcohol level is .04% or less.  MY LEVEL WAS ZERO.  As I told him at the time, my alcohol level was probably .04 when they brought me in.

THESE ARE THE TACTICS NAZI AND COMMUNIST COUNTRIES USE TO INTIMIDATE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK OUT AGAINST THEM. It didn't work seven years ago, and it won't work now. All REAL CHRISTIANS and REAL AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE PATRIOTS spend our lives speaking out against the evil that is communism.  In all its forms, even the current Americanized version.  "Oh, America has a long way to go before we become communist." one "officer" told me.  WHEN COPS AND JUDGES CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT AND COMPLETELY IGNORE THE CONSTITUTION AND THE BILL OF RIGHTS EVERYDAY, THAT'S THE VIRTUAL DEFINITION OF COMMUNISM.

I SENT AN EMAIL TO THAT EFFECT TO THE SHERIFF AND ELKO COUNTY OFFICIALS.  THREE DAYS LATER Elko deputies stationed TEMPORARILY in Wells stalked me and arrested me for DUI. Coincidence? WHEN THE SOVIET DISSIDENTS spoke out against the communist authorities then found themselves in prison for it, WAS THAT COINCIDENCE?  ALSO, THEY WERE TWO DEPUTIES I'D NEVER DEALT WITH BEFORE.  So as to avoid the appearance of harassment, American communists have learned - through harassment lawsuits - to never use the same "officers" twice. The Elko Sheriff has been careful about that for years. 

SOON THE "POLICE" WON'T HAVE TO MESS AROUND AT ALL, they'll just come to our houses and drag us away.  NO PROOF, NO TRIAL, NO NOTHING.  The traitors we call politicians are already passing laws (The Detainee Security Act and HR 347) making it a felony to disagree with or criticize them (Tell me again what free speech is.).  JUST LIKE THE SOVIET UNION. The Nevada Highway Patrol and the Elko County Sheriff's Department - like their counterparts in every city in America - make sure it's primarily poor people who are saddled with the bulk of the overly-harsh fines and jail sentences for Driving Under The Influence.  If people with money pay anything at all (if they're prosecuted at all), it's paid to lawyers or judges in the form of bribes (Why do you think these miscreants want to become judges?  Their salaries are only a fraction of what they make.).  In addition, this scam known as "drunken driving" is all part of the 30 year old nationwide campaign to "terrorize the populace", always a precursor to the martial law that REAL CHRISTIANS and REAL AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE PATRIOTS believe is being engineered.  Only 18,000 people IN A NATION OF 350,000,000 die from "drunk driving" every year.  Why aren't our courts filled to the rafters with smokers?  SMOKING KILLS 27 TIMES THAT AMOUNT!  Chickenshit officials just make excuses though.  They're too phony to admit the reason they focus on DUIs is because most of us need our cars to make a living.  Especially in America, The Original Automobile-Oriented Society. I was visiting an attorney's website and learned that even for a DUI I can get a jury trial.  That's what I want.   I also want to represent myself since no official is honest enough - nor impartial enough - to make sure I get a fair trial.

IT'S AS BAD AS COMMUNISM OVER HERE.  FIRST, WE'VE BEEN PLACED ON A BLACKLIST TO STARVE US OUT BUT THAT DIDN'T DO THE TRICK SO THE COMMUNISTS HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL.  THEY HAD SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES PLACE ME UNDER SURVEILLANCE SO THEY COULD GET SOMETHING ON ME.  And since there's a law against everything you can do or possibly think of doing, it never takes long to arrest a "dissident".  Which is what people like me are, we're foolish enough to actually believe we have freedom of speech.  Look up Soviet Dissidents - I'm the American version.  ALONG WITH RON PAUL'S TEA PARTY AND OCCUPY. 

FOR THIRTY YEARS, AMERICA'S BEEN HEADING DOWN THE SAME ROAD WE CAME FROM 200 YEARS AGO.  AND EVERYBODY KNOWS IT, IT'S JUST SOME ARE TOO COWARDLY TO FIGHT IT AND OTHERS PROFIT FROM SIDING WITH EVIL.
"JUDGE" CALTON RECUSED HERSELF FROM MY CASE, WHEN THE NEW "JUDGE" PUTS ME IN COUNTY JAIL FOR SIX MONTHS, MY MOM, ELLEN BERRY, WILL PROBABLY DIE.     LATEST UPDATE: I didn't receive my unemployment this week. CAN'T YOU SEE HOW CHICKENSHIT AND CORRUPT MORMONS ARE?  Elko County, a large number of Highway Patrol "officers", senators Heller and Reid - ALL MORMONS STANDING IN SOLIDARITY AGAINST THOSE WHO WOULD EXPOSE THEM. I called the unemployment office.  Ashley told me my account had been locked.  Satan's emissaries - yes, I'm talking about mormons; they're all freemasons, and the "god" to whom they swear allegiance in their oath IS NOT JESUS CHRIST - never run out of dirty tricks.  It was some higher-up in the state that locked my account.  I won't get any money this week but I'll get two checks next week.  UNLESS OF COURSE ...MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED UP AGAIN. 

ANYWAY, I'VE DECIDED TO HAVE THE ELKO COUNTY COMMISSION INVESTIGATE WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME.  YOU CAN BET THEY'VE ANTICIPATED THIS, HOWEVER.  THEIR "INVESTIGATION" WILL NEVER HAPPEN AND EVEN IF IT DID IT WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE.  I MEAN, ISN'T THAT WHAT FREE COUNTRY MEANS, THE GOVERNMENT IS NEVER ACCOUNTABLE TO THE PEOPLE?  OH ...WAIT, NO ...THAT'S EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF A FREE COUNTRY.

The "jews" have American life rigged so thoroughly we pay them tribute almost everything we do:
